The system automatically applies security fixes catalogued as safe (HSTS/CSP security headers, disable XML-RPC, .htaccess hardening, etc.) before emailing you · you only receive a report of what's already been resolved, not a list of "recommendations to apply". More delicate fixes (e.g. nulled plugin, broken custom code) require your input or our manual intervention.
Uptime monitoring alerts us within 30 seconds. We automatically diagnose the cause and apply the fix from our safelist (cache clear, disable known-buggy plugin, restore from verified backup). For more serious cases we activate the Emergency service with 1h SLA on the Plus plan.
